Upon discovering my archetype as “Maverick Leader” based on Fascinate Test by Sally Hogshead, innovation and power were listed as my primary and secondary advantages.

A tendency of taking a lead with innovative approach in a group project setting was a central variable to differentiate this archetype from other 48 types.

An ability to utilize both linear and non-linear reasoning in a problem-solving process while generating unconventional and bold ideas were noted as the most beneficial and high-value characteristics.

Lack of motivation for routine tasks and predictable patterns were marked as the least favorable attributes.

Although, an accuracy of being an innovative leader with experimental tendencies is a case-by-case scenario that is time and content sensitive, my constant attempts to avoid systematic routines are relatable.

Top 5 specialty adjectives defining each archetype type accordingly were generated, in which pioneering, irreverent, entrepreneurial, artful and dramatic were allocated to the Maverick Leader. A relevancy of the last three personality traits is partial due to fluctuation of nature or nuances of circumstances in which those traits would be demonstrated.

A trust was identified as my dormant advantage which can be linked with my unwillingness to commit to structural and repetitive routine. Since my credibility is compromised, it is rationale to acknowledge this matter and address it appropriately by attempting to build that trust among peers and colleagues in the long run.

A thorough breakdown of each archetype provides valuable insights for building a personal brand. Utilization and reinforcement of personal strengths in a social setting would be an effective tool to achieve desired agenda. An awareness of personal weaknesses, which play as a barrier on the other hand, can be directed towards deemphasizing or restructuring of those vulnerable spots.

A similar concept might be applied in a group setting, in which allocation of a specific project or responsibility to each team member based on his/her archetype would not only lead to high performance and overall productivity, but also help to reach each group member’s individual potential.

An importance of realistic self-evaluation is undeniable and with assessment tools, such as Fascinate Test, creation of better version of ourselves is attainable.
